ABOUT US
Mission:
To inspire, promote, advocate and educate all the participants of our games one person at a time. We want every event to be a safe, entertaining and violence-free activity across the globe.
Goals:
By educating game participants, we will change the dynamics of their relationships during sporting events. AMTR’s goal is to shift the stereotypes of officials in the community, which is often adversarial in nature, to a cooperative and more sportsmanlike end.
Problem:
The unsportsmanlike behavior of game participants is contributing to a shortage of new officials. Sporting events are now more violent than ever before in our history. Many areas are now unable to provide adequate coverage for games. This presents an issue of sustainability and safety.
Solution:
Through education, training and exposure to the rules and dynamics of the game to all participants, we seek understanding that will lead to a better gaming environment. Utilizing multi-media platforms, we will create a better environment where games are more enjoyable and a learning experiences for all its participants.
How can this help fans-parents (farents), coaches, players and other officials?
